Tara Reid started with commercials in her early years and later turned heads when she was a part of Saved by the Bell: The New Class. Although her acting abilities have come under scrutiny, she is without a doubt in a position to play all the roles that she has played. Her breakthrough was when she starred as Bunny as a character in The Big Lebowski. This was an excellent start to her career, and led to bigger roles in films such as Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. American Pie - a cult film about sexual relationships among teenagers was her debut big breakthrough in Hollywood. Her role as Vicky the virgin made her an attractive face. All this did not lead to a hugely success of her Hollywood career. Reid was unable to become huge in Hollywood by appearing in films such as Josie and the Pussycats. The actress did have a role in American Pie 2 for a short time, but it did not help her declining career. Reid is more well-known as a fashion-conscious designer and party girl more than an actress. The reason for this is her on-screen mistakes, publicized plastic surgeries and many other blink-and-miss performances.
